For our guests, we’ve prepared a menu that is every bit as celebratory and flavour-forward. The centrepiece is a Seitan Teriyaki Fillet, beautifully glazed and balanced with gentle sweetness and depth, offering a satisfying and refined alternative to traditional mains. To begin the evening, guests are welcomed with our Chef’s trio of Asian-inspired starters — a carefully curated platter designed to share, combining contrasting textures and aromatic flavours that set the tone for a memorable New Year’s celebration.
Music, Atmosphere & Island Celebration
As dinner transitions into night, the space comes alive with DJ-led rhythms, warm ambient lighting, and an easy flow of people drawn together by the joy of welcoming a new year. The evening gradually opens into Afro Dance moments by Professional Dancers, where movement feels natural, playful, and shared — no choreography, no pressure, just music and happy energy. There’s no rigid schedule, only good rhythm, smiling faces, and the unmistakable feeling of being exactly where you should be as the clock turns to 2026.
