To place a booking with us the lead guest must be at least 16 years of age. The maximum number of staying guests per room is illustrated in the room occupancy details on the website. Where the person making the booking is different to the lead guest taking up the occupation, the person making the booking may be held responsible for cancellation, non-arrival and damages as set-out within. Only the lead guest and the named booking party are allowed to use the property and its facilities, any third party visitors are only allowed access at our express permission.
All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking in order to be accepted and confirmed. No booking shall be deemed confirmed, nor shall any confirmation be issued, unless and until full payment has been successfully received through our official website or approved payment gateways. Any reservation made without full upfront payment shall be considered provisional and may be cancelled without notice.
All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace of all other staying guests, neighbours and the owners at all times. We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests are not honouring this agreement or causing a disturbance / nuisance to other guests, neighbours or the owners.
Guests must check-in and check-out by the times stated below;
Check-in is available from 15:00 and must be completed no later than 23:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 on the day of departure.
Late check-ins after 23:00 is accommodated solely upon prior notification by the guest and subject to confirmation by Yasa Boutique Hotel.
Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date: Eligible for a full refund of all amounts paid
Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days prior to the scheduled arrival date: Subject to 50% cancellation charge. The remaining 50% will be refunded
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date: Non-refundable. 100% of the total booking value will be charged and retained.
No-show (failure to arrive on the check-in date without prior written notice): 100% of the total booking amount will be charged and retained. The reservation may be cancelled immediately, and the accommodation will not be held for subsequent nights.
All applicable refunds will be processed via the original method of payment and may be subject to payment gateway or banking processing times. [5 to 21 working days]
In the rare event we need to cancel your booking with us, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability to you is limited to the refund of any payment already made.
Guests are fully responsible for any loss, damage, or destruction caused to hotel property, furnishings, equipment, or decorative items during their stay, whether intentional or accidental.
Lost room keys: A replacement fee of USD 10 will be charged per lost key.
Missing items or damaged decorative elements: The guest shall be charged the full cost of repair or replacement, plus an additional USD 20 handling and administration fee.
Stained or damaged bed sheets, towels, or linens: A USD 20 cleaning or replacement fee will apply per item, depending on the severity of the damage.
The property reserves the right to charge the guest’s payment method on file or to request immediate settlement prior to departure. Additional charges may apply where damage exceeds standard repair or replacement costs.
Any lost property, if discovered and found, left behind by guests during a stay will be held for a period of 1 month. While we will make our best efforts to reunite lost property with their owners we accept no responsibility in replacing lost items and encourage guests to ensure they have all their belonging before checking-out. We may offer to post lost items via recorded delivery at the cost of the property owner, otherwise collection can be arranged.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and any enclosed or semi-enclosed indoor areas.
Smoking is permitted only in designated public outdoor areas of the property.
Any evidence of smoking inside a guest room or non-designated area may result in a cleaning and deodorising charge and may lead to further penalties in accordance with hotel policy.
The property reserves the right to refuse continued accommodation or to impose additional charges where this policy is breached.
YASA Boutique Hotel operates under a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of cruelty, abuse, harassment, or harm directed at animals, including but not limited to cats, dogs, birds, and any wildlife present on or around the property.
Any act of hitting, beating, injuring, poisoning, frightening, or otherwise mistreating animals, as well as any attempt to damage, cut, break, or destroy trees, plants, or natural elements within the property, is strictly prohibited.
Any breach of this policy shall result in immediate termination of accommodation without refund, the imposition of a penalty of up to USD 5,000, and immediate reporting to the relevant local authorities where applicable.
The property reserves the absolute right to take legal action to recover damages and to cooperate fully with law enforcement and animal welfare authorities. Compliance with this policy is mandatory for all guests, visitors, contractors, and third parties present on the premises.
In order to ensure the comfort and rest of all guests, quiet hours are strictly observed from 23:00 to 07:00.
During quiet hours, loud music, parties, or excessive noise are strictly prohibited, including but not limited to noise around the swimming pool, in outdoor areas, and outside or inside guest rooms.
Guests are expected to keep noise levels to a minimum at all times and to respect the peaceful atmosphere of the property.
Any failure to comply with this policy may result in immediate intervention by management, and repeated or serious violations may lead to termination of accommodation without refund.
